We've known this day would come, but it was still hard watching it happen. Howard let me know around 8 AM that it was going to come down today. He brought me over to watch it. I left after an hour, and came back around 11:30 to watch some more.
The odd thoughts of a knitting, spinning, and reading fanatic.

I was right, I really didn't want to see those. Not something I should have looked at at work. Something about dripping at my monitor.
I cried when it came down. It was hard to watch, but I felt it deserved my presence.
House demolitions always make me sad. Somebody's family history and memories are being torn apart there.
